About Discotheque Wreck
So, "What the hell is Discotheque Wreck?!" I hear you cry! "It sounds like
a Terrorvision song!" May you also cry! Well... Yeah it is... However, it is
also the name of a new, energetic rock/pop/funk band from the West Midlands.
Made up of six members, the band have been together since the start of 2008
and are currently playing their way through as many venues as possible, whilst
attempting to write and record as much quality music as they can.
The music is a huge mix of styles, each one influenced by many different backgrounds, styles of music and experiences brought together by the differing personalities of the group.
The band have played a number of gigs over the past year however their progress has been slowed due to the loss of one member and the band have therefore spent time in the recording studio at Musoplex Studios with top industry professional, talented producer and thoroughly sound bloke; Si Reeves.
Over the course of the next few years the band will be playing many venues in and around the West Midlands and will hope to have their debut album released in the first quarter of 2010.
